Compliance4 will conduct transactional or periodic testing and analysis of the Adviser’s and its employee’s social media accounts for agreed upon applications (i.e. Facebook, X, LinkedIn).  Compliance4 can also conduct transactional or periodic testing and analysis of the Adviser’s electronic communications, including email, instant messaging and texts as captured by the Adviser. 

 

At the conclusion of each review period, Compliance4 will provide the Adviser with a written summary of the review and identification of any compliance policy breaches for follow-up by the CCO.
